Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.
Exchange Period: Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unlabeled, in their original packaging and undamaged. The invoice or receipt must be presented during return.
Return and Exchange Rejection: Returns are not accepted for worn, damaged, custom-made or customized products.

Product Quality: Our products are produced according to high quality standards. Each product is presented to our stores after undergoing quality control tests.
Warranty Period: Our products are guaranteed for 2 years. During the warranty period, repair or replacement is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Situations Not Covered by Warranty: Damages caused by improper use of the product and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Ferri Ferrucci stores organize discounts and campaigns periodically. All discount and campaign conditions are clearly stated in the store and on our website. Return and exchange conditions for discounted products may vary according to the campaign conditions.

Weekdays: 09:00 – 21:00
Weekend: 10:00 – 21:00 Store hours may change on public holidays, in which case you will be informed in advance.
